From the Artisan & Merchant series:  At the Patrick Ottis Company  (Berkeley, CA), replacement parts for custom-built race cars  are frequently machined to order. It’s highly skilled labor with precision tools. The device being used here can deliver a blow of immense force to an object placed underneath the striking cylinder.
